DTN identifies all TABS the suppliers operating in PADDs 1-5 that receive BOLs. The BOL contains details about what product(s) were lifted and volume. The BOL lifting data is aggregated for every rack and grade DTN has data for. Once the volume aggregation is completed for each rack/grade combination, these volumes are rolled up to their respective PADDs. Quality control measures are in place to prevent any BOL getting counted more than once. See below for more details on the PADD aggregation process.

PADD Aggregation Process:

  • DTN identifies all TABS suppliers operating in PADDs1-5
  • Aggregation is first completed at the rack for reach rack/grade combination
  • Rack volumes are rolled up to their respective PADDs
  • If a rack/grade combination has less than 3 suppliers a rack average is generated for the rack/grade and this figure is used for PADD aggregation.
  • PADD 1-5 aggregation is performed using rack volumes
  • New PADD figures are generated for the previous day at 3 am central time.
